On Monday, officers with the Scottsboro Police Department served a search warrant in the 1200 Block of Robinson Street.
Three subjects were located inside the residence: Jeffrey Lee Swails, 38, of Huntsville, AL; Carolyn Juanita Owens, 34, of Scottsboro; and Angel Marie Couch, 53, of Scottsboro.
During the execution of this search warrant, the following items were located: 4.6 oz of methamphetamine/fentanyl mixture, 5 grams of marijuana, miscellaneous drug paraphernalia, and $1,543 of US Currency.
All three subjects were arrested.
Swails was charged with Drug Trafficking, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Loitering in a Drug House.
Owens was charged with Drug Trafficking and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Couch was charged with Drug Trafficking, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Loitering in a Drug House.
All three remain incarcerated in the Jackson County Jail on bond.
