Three people were injured following a stabbing incident, according to police in Scottsboro.
The Scottsboro Police Department says the incident happened about 10:00 PM CDT on Monday night, as officers were called to respond to the 3200 block of East Willow Street in reference to a reported stabbing.
When officers arrived, three people were located who sustained injuries.
Authorities say that officers immediately rendered medical aid until Scottsboro Fire Department and Highland Ambulance EMS arrived.
The three victims were transported to Highlands Medical Center for further medical evaluation and treatment. Police say one victim was later transported to Huntsville Hospital by ambulance and another flown by Air Evac to another medical facility.
The names of the victims have not been released.
