The Jasper Middle School Warriors won the Sequatchie Valley Conference Championship game on Thursday night.
The game against the South Pittsburg Academy Pirates was played at Marion County High School’s Bill Baxter Stadium in Jasper.
The Warriors finished their season 8-1 overall, taking home the ‘gold football’ SVC Championshiop trophy to end the season with a 24-0 win over the Pirates.
All-Conference players from teams in South Pittsburg, Whitwell, Sequatchie County and Bledsoe County were recognized after the game before the trophy presentations.
