South Pittsburg native Presley Powers has been crowned Miss Tennessee for America 2026, earning the statewide title during the Miss Tennessee for America Strong pageant held in April.
Powers, a pharmacist from South Pittsburg, will now spend the next year representing Tennessee at appearances and events across the state while preparing to compete on the national stage.
The Marion County native has been active in pageantry and community events throughout the Sequatchie Valley region in recent years. Local supporters and community members have shared congratulations following the announcement of her win.
In a social media post following her crowning, Powers said she was “beyond grateful” for the opportunity to serve as Miss Tennessee for America during the coming year.
The Miss Tennessee for America Strong competition recognizes women who demonstrate leadership, professionalism, community involvement, and personal achievement.
