Jackson County Public Works has announced that the bridge located on County Road 81, between County Road 685 and State Route 117 nearest address 747 County Road 81, in Flat Rock will be closed for replacement beginning Monday, July 6, 2026.
The bridge will remain closed continuously for the duration of the project, which is expected to take approximately three months. The timeline may vary depending on weather conditions and any unforeseen circumstances.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes during this period.
