Fatal Crash in Sequatchie County
On Sunday morning 6:15 Sequatchie County authorities received reports that Highway 111 North near the Cagle Community Church is shut down due to a motor vehicle collision. The crash involved a semi-truck and another vehicle a 1/2 mile south of SR-399.
A few hours later officials reported the wreck had one fatality.
