SOUTH PITTSBURG, Tenn. — The City of South Pittsburg Board of Mayor and Commissioners has scheduled a special called meeting for Wednesday, June 17, at 4 p.m. CDT at the Senior Citizens Activity Center on Elm Avenue to consider several budgetary and contractual matters.
According to the published agenda, city leaders will consider Resolution 1061, which would adopt the annual budget for the city’s proprietary funds, including Marion Natural Gas and Waterworks.
Commissioners are also expected to consider approval of a grant contract between the Tennessee Arts Commission and the City of South Pittsburg.
In addition, the board will review and discuss a contract between Wilder Construction and the City of South Pittsburg.
The meeting will be open to the public and will take place at the Senior Citizens Activity Center beginning at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
