Semi-Truck Fire Tuesday on I-24

On Tuesday, Haletown Fire and Rescue responded with Jasper and Kimball Fire Departments for a semi-truck fire on I-24 at mile marker 158 eastbound. Lines were quickly laid and suppression began. The fire was extinguished and no civilians or fireman were injured. The trailer on the semi-truck suffered heavy damage.
