Several roads in Marion County remain closed on Tuesday due to flooding as a result of this past weekend’s storms.
According to officials with the Marion County Highway Department, Mt. Calvary Road, Teague Road, and Ketner Mill Lane in the Whitwell area remain closed due to flooding along the Sequatchie River.
The department did, however, give some good news that Condra Switch Road has reopened. They hope to reopen the remaining closed roads as the water subsides–possibly as soon as Wednesday.
